We believe that God created all things and rules the universe. He has always existed in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit as revealed in the Bible.

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God who was born of a virgin and came to earth as a man to save us from our sins. He lived a sinless life and died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, then arose from the dead to give us new life. He ascended to heaven and is now preparing a place for all who believe in Him as their Savior. Someday he will return again to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

We believe that the Holy spirit is sent by the Father to make us aware of your need for Jesus. He lives in believers and continually nurtures us that we may grow in our understanding of the Christian life and reach out to the world in word and in deed.

People are made in the image of God and are the supreme object of His creation. All of us are marred by an attitude of selfishness and disobedience toward God called "sin". This attitude totally separates people from God.

We believe that through faith in Jesus Christ alone we receive the forgiveness of sins and are restored into a right relationship with God, gaining membership into His family. Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in the salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace of God, and not by our works.

We believe that the Bible is the infallible written word of God inspired by the Holy Spirit. As such the Bible is the final authority for faith and practice of all believers. |
