PARKING LOT ATTENDANT MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

Purpose:

The Parking Lot Attendant Ministry is set up to ensure that the entire ministry complex and property is a safe environment while people are attending worship services here at Hope Community Church.

Coordinator:  Rob Reinalda

Responsibilities:

1.       Arrive promptly, 15 minutes before the service and begin patrolling the campus, directing traffic whenever necessary.

2.       Make sure the handicapped parking areas are kept free to help vehicles with “handicapped parking permits” find their reserved spots.

3.       During the service walk around the buildings and through the parking lot to make sure everything is safe and secure.  Be consistently aware of all the surroundings on this property.

4.       Know where the classrooms are for Promiseland Children’s Ministry, and where the bathrooms and Nursery are so you can give directions or information concerning them

5.       While Promiseland is in session during the service, please check the Classroom Building frequently.  Also check the Nursery in the Fellowship Hall regularly and assist whenever needed.  Remember;  Our children and teachers and nursery workers safety and security are a top priority.

6.       For their own safety, do not let small children go outside by themselves.

7.       Please be responsible to find your own replacement if you are not available on your assigned Sunday and let Rob Reinalda know.
